Very clean
Not many people in the hotel - requested late checkout was not communicated to the day shift.
Promptly got the vacate call...we were ready to go anyway.
If breakfast was included, I didn't see it.

Convenient to stores.
Bed was super hard and shower was moldy. Elevator was broken and we were on 3 floor.
