Location and conditions. What you would normally expect from the brand.
They mixed up us with another guest with similar last name and we got a call at almost 11pm waking us up about the mixup. They should have handled the mistake themselves not expecting us to change room.

The hotel staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was great. Location to where we were going was very convenient.
The only complaint was our room was to warm for sleeping and couldn’t seem to lower the thermostat.
