I stayed in an upstairs end unit and I loved my stay. I was concerned it would not be quiet since it was next to the street but it was a very quiet unit. The view of the ocean couldn't have been more perfect - I woke up and was able to lay in bed and watch all the people on the sand, clamming.
The jacuzzi tub in the room next to mine could be heard when it was running.

Great location and very friendly staff. This will definitely be our go to stay any time we are back in sea side. Dog friendly too!

Clean, quiet, comfortable
The room was really hot, even with the heat completely off. There was a fan in the room that helped with the door open. We felt safe keeping it open all night because we were on the 3rd floor.

View great. Beds comfy. Location great. Nearby restaurants.
Windows not clean! We were there for 3 nights! Rained first 2 days, but windows still should have been cleaned. Also signs of a dog and/or child on refrigerator & windows. No bathroom fan in one of 2 bathrooms.
