Breakfasts were portioned right, nice variety; loved the fresh fruits/veggies. Great coffee; friendly staff; willing to share ideas for nearby attractions/hikes/restaurants; things to see/do. Felt very safe during my morning run each day in the neighborhood surrounding the property.
More area rugs in bathroom/bedroom to make it feel less sterile; a little warmer on the feet; Even the dining area was a little loud and not conducive to large crowds while eating ; hard to hear others talking above the “din” of the room.

The location and the fact that it is located in Healdsburg downtown, so you don't need to drive to go shopping, dining ...it's very convenient in that regard. The bed was very comfortable and everything was spotless clean. It had a nice patio and swimming pool, which we didn't get to use because it wasn't hot enough.
We found it to be overpriced for the type of facilities and services they offer. The furniture in the room wasn't that great, and it smelled like "old." The room only had one armchair, so one of us had to sit on the bed. Breakfast was very basic, nothing special. We had high expectations about this place, but unfortunately it didn't meet them.
