The ski valet was not helpful, no one helped with boots and day one they couldn’t find our skis or boots. When they finally did there were no poles, very disorganized. In addition the ritz has 1 shuttle and that’s it. Long wait to get to/from the mountain or to get around town. They need 2-3 suburbans!
