The hotel location was great. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast items were plentiful.
The hotel carpet, bathroom, and wall paint could use an update. It looks old and worn down.

Staff (Stacia) was awesome!
Handicap room did not have walk in shower. Thank goodness for the grab bars!
The mirror in the bathroom needs replaced. It's foggy.

Room was large, indoor pool was a nice feature though the water was a little cold. Breakfast was decent, everything seemed pretty clean. Staff was nice. Convenient highway access.
Breakfast options were just ok, nothing special. Pool water was a little cold for an indoor pool. Lots of hallway noise during our stay.

The pool was nice, the surrounding area was nice.
The hotel clerk the one who checked me in was very rude and had an attitude problem. They gave away my reservation after I had already confirmed and was en route. And then gave me a different room with a higher price then what I originally reserved for . He constantly would look at you with an attitude as if he didn't want you at the hotel. He has horrible customer service and I will not be going back nor recommending this place. We came for a baseball tournament and we had 5 other families from our team stay and all had same issue with him and also there rooms were dirty when they walked in or they were asked to put their own sheets on they bed. It was ridiculous. Pool was nice, breakfast was ok but staff horrible.
