This hotel is excellent. When you walk in everything is super nice and updated. The rooms are super clean, updated, beds and pillows very comfortable and air conditioner works perfectly. They are still renovating but I never seen nor heard anyone. In fact you would never know it if it wasn’t for the staff saying so and one of the elevators being blocked off on first floor. All staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very nice, hot and tasted good. The floors and tables in breakfast area was clean as well. I can’t say enough about this place. I will certainly return when we come back to tour Belmont Estate house/ garden again.

The property is quite hidden but centrally located so that we can enjoy the perks of the city from Biltmore village, Tangier outlet and the mountain view. Austin also spends the time to check up on us to ensure we enjoy our stay.

This was a great property. Newly renovated and excellent. Right next to Biltmore.
Still doing some renovation but it’s fine.

Perfect location for our visit to Asheville and the Biltmore
They are under going some renovations which for the most part had little impact on our stay and should not be an issue for very much longer.
