Our front desk associate was amazing! Great customer service. She was ready for us when we got there and made my check in very fast and efficient. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Very convenient location near the South Bend airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport is a huge bonus. It is easy to access with just a phone call. Paid long term parking is safe and easy and reasonably priced.
The furnishings are dated. The included breakfast is basic, but there are hot options.

Beds were comfortable
The shower was horrible, barely any water. When we walked into the room, the trim from the wall fell down. The bathroom and the chairs were not clean. There was a tornado warning, sirens going off and the attendant did not know where to send us. The only good thing about this place was the location
