Clean great location! Only bad thing heater and blow dryer didn’t work.

Room layout was ideal for my family however it was not clean to my liking the bathroom sink filled with dirty firstly I was met with confusion by staff prior to booking I called the location to confirm if they required a deposit and was told that they did NOT and that I could book the room with my credit card and pay with cash upon arrival that was not the case for either of my questions I ended up booking on Agoda a non refundable reservation and only had the exact amount of the stay fees on my card being as I was told they did not require a deposit I did not add additional funds at check in I was told that they would I fact need a deposit of $100 on a credit card and they denied having told me otherwise although I spoke with them on the phone as well as in person prior to booking on Agoda they were not apologetic and did not make the process any less difficult or frustrating for me I was visibly flustered and had 4 of my young children with me after having to uber back and forth to put additional money on my card for the deposit I was exhausted and just wanted to check in it was then after 6 and I requested a quiet room on the first floor that was throughly cleaned and maintained I was given a room on the second floor on the back side of the building that was absolutely nowhere near clean each time I turned it on there was pubic hair on the bath tub railing and visual dirt on the toilet the pull out bed had allot of marks and hair on it clearly hadn’t been cleaned from previous use my daughter called down to the desk to ask for salt packets and additional towels the woman told her she would have them send up and hung up on my daughter I walked down to get the items and found the worker speaking to a man she had been holding a personal conversation with from the time I was checking in and she noticed me standing there and said “oh whoops you wanted salt my bad” and she gave me a cup of salt I asked for the towels as well she kind of gave a huffy noise and grabbed 3 washcloths from the laundry behind her and handed me them mind you I asked for dry off towel 4 of them but at that point I was very frustrated and tired so I just ordered some towels on DoorDash for my children to use all in all very frustrating and disappointing experience after a very long and stressful day I just wanted to feed my kids and get some sleep but I was also woken up by housekeeping 2 hours prior to check out asking if I was almost done with the room so they could get in to clean it I would have rather saved my money and slept in the car
