PERRANPORTH 3 BEDROOM HOLIDAY BUNGALOW ---- on this charming Holiday Park, with great facilities here (seasonal) ......
The ideal Central Location with so many stunning beaches and attractions nearby.
Indoor swimming pool, sauna, children's play area, tennis, crazy golf, Sports Bar and restaurant.
We have a few properties on this Holiday Park ----- so we can accommodate large groups of guests.
Great location just a short drive to Perranporth Beach and St Agnes Beach .... Porthtowan Beach is also just a short drive away !
LOVELY HOLIDAY PARK ...... set in acres of lovely countryside, lots of gardens and outside space for children to relax and play. The staff here are just lovely, and keep the children happy. This makes it a lovely relaxing holiday for parents too.

We can accept 1 well behaved dog at certain times ---- our cleaning company does charge £48 per dog. Please mention this before booking, there are strict conditions when bringing a dog. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a dog as this is not always possible. This is very important, and we do have to have strict conditions for this. We can only accept 1 dog. We have to be very strict about this.

Nice property not far from anything. Went with family so 4 adults one 2 year old and a dog. Nice coastal walks for the dog. Stayed 1st week in September but disappointed there was no entertainment for my granddaughter but the pool was amazing for her and the park was used more than once daily. No dogs in club house either but they happily let us sit in reception with her. Would definitely recommend this property

What an amazing stay! We booked the property for 7 adults, including 2 couples and were surprised at how roomy the bungalow was, especially as two of the guys in their mid 20's shared the bunk room which has really nice full size single beds!
The beds are all really comfortable, the kitchen is amazingly stocked with appliances and crockery etc, there was a washing machine & dryer, a lovely comfy living area we enjoyed relaxing and watching TV in on some evenings and the onsight facilities are really lovely! It was nice to all be able to go for a drink and not have to worry about the drive home.
We came down for a surfing holiday and the bungalow was a perfect base. Perranporth beach is ten minutes away from the house and only 20 minutes away from Newquay! Perranporth is such a nice little village with great little surf shops and other amenities.
We are already wanting to come back and stay! Jane is a great host and is always on the end of the phone if you need anything. A definite 5stars from all of us! Thank you again!!

Good communication with owners , plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids.
Separate toilet and bathroom a useful bonus.
Easy reach of Perranporth's beautiful beach by car.
Indoor pool on site.
Worth noting for anyone with mobility issues, parking is not at the property but in the main car park which when full can mean a reasonable walk back.
Did find 10am checkout a bit of a rush for 5 people.

It was a lovely location, excellent base for exploring beautiful Cornwall and despite initial issues, we had a lovely holiday. The sofas in the property were in a very poor condition, ripped, torn leather in several places and the red material sofas faded. The property was very unclean on arrival, sand and crumbs on the black rug on entrance, physical dirt on the table smeared on the edges coupled with the ripped and torn leather sofa and faded red sofa, so first impression was not good. The only very clean item was the the oven. The bedrooms were in better condition ( very comfortable beds) however the room with bunks beds had actual black dirt on the top bunk mattress cover, because it wasn’t made up I think it was just left. It was a shame as it’s actually a great space, plenty of room for 5 people it just needs lick of paint on the doors and skirting boards, knew sofas and the current cleaning staff need either better equipment to use ( the hoover wasn’t effective) or their expected cleaning duties addressed. I do want to say that we overheard others unhappy with the cleanliness of their private property on the same day in reception area so it could have been a one off issue if using same cleaners as I’ve not see any other comments regarding this. Although doesn’t account for the state of the sofas and when we moved the bathroom little free standing cupboard to clean the floor underneath it was literally thick with dirt so that area of the floor had definitely not been cleaned in a long time. As a family we just went out and got cleaning products, did a deep clean as best we could, had a large double blanket to cover the leather sofa and then proceeded to have a great week and made the most of the area once we were reasonably comfortable. Highly recommend beaches at Perranporth. Chapel Porth ( Low Tide) and Holywell for local places to explore with young children. St Agnus has beautiful shops and places to eat. Our host Jane was very responsive and helpful on booking and arrival. We didn’t report the issues shared as we knew that the easiest and quickest solution was for us to clean and just get settled in for the evening. With a 5 year old in tow, time was of the essence as we couldn’t check in until 4pm. We also knew the condition of the sofas were not logistically going to change for our holiday week so reporting them on would have no benefit to us. We made the choice to just make it comfortable and enjoy our week. Which we did!
