The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
The staff were polite, but the customer service could be more attentive and customer-oriented. A warmer and more proactive approach would make the experience even better.

The breakfast
The night staff or transitional from afternoon to overnight staff is quite rude. Didn't like that. Also the room I booked the pullout sofa was broken. We were accommodated and rooms were changed. But it was a weird process as they had to come into the room to check to see if I was telling the truth about the pullout sofa being broken, I had just arrived that night and was tired and ready to rest that was an inconvenience in my opinion. Also, the towels were not all the way clean I had long hairs stuck on supposedly fresh towels. Due to the staff's previous attitude wasn't able to file a complaint just requested new towels the next day.
