Large and spacious room. Hard to find a room of this large size at this price. We had 2 beds and the sofa bed. Clean bathroom with excellent water pressure. Comfy beds. Very good breakfast varieties (sausage, egg, bacon, hash browns, cereals, almond milk, 2 waffle machines, etc). Great location with stores and a lot of restaurants at walking distance, large parking lot, smiling staff.
I would give it a five star review if the hotel had microwaves inside rooms. There is only one microwave (placed downstairs behind the reception area) for all the guests to use. I find it ridiculous that one has to go downstairs to warm up their food at midnight!
I walked to the reception desk on Saturday at 9:25pm to ask about a microwave and for almost ten minutes, there was no one behind the desk. I'm sure she was helping another guest somewhere but how can a hotel reception desk remain unattended for almost 10 minutes!!!
There is a bump at the hotel main door entrance that makes it hard to push a luggage cart in and possibly can trip someone up. The floor at that door should be all flat. Otherwise, an accident might happen.
Despite all these issues, I still think this hotel is worth staying at. My top priority is always the room size and this hotel is unbeatable in that area!

Location was key to me. I had an appointment in the Medical Center. I also enjoyed the breakfast that was offered in the morning. I also selected this hotel for the fitness center as well.
The one thing that was missing from the room was a microwave.
