The cleanliness,pet permitted, no bad smells or soil marks my extra needs presented and the comfort along with the cost.
No negative signs that it is a pet friendly motel. Very clean which is most important to us with a pet.
No coffee pot in room, lid for ice bucket. The view but it wasn’t an unclean view. It was a small construction site I believe. But no sound problems.

Yes they picked a bad time to renovate the property.
Renovations started way too early and went throughout the day, making a lot of noise.I didn't get much rest.
