I liked everything but the microwave that was in our room as it was extremely loud for some reason. The bed seemed cleaned with fresh linen, the bathroom was cleaned, staff was nice, and they had a good size breakfast bar in the lobby area.
I didn't like the microwave in our room, and I believe it will need replacement soon.

Mostly convenience and price.
Been staying there every time I visit. Could use new mattresses. Starting to become lumpy.

Location and pet friendly. The desk and breakfast area staff were very helpful.
A/C was broken. Room was not cleaned properly. Moved us to another room but not the same setup requested. Bathtub in new room wood not hold water.
