Our check in was simple. The clerk was friendly and efficient. The walk in shower was great but some concern as the shower drain was open. The toiletries provided were nice. The towels were nice and thick. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The wall thermostat did not work, but we were able to adjust the room temperature on the unit itself. The WIFI worked well. Our room included a small sofa/folding bed which was comfortable for sitting. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast fare and was adequate for our needs. We have stayed here before and will again when in this area.
Our room could (#116) could use a little TLC. The shower drain needs repair. The wall thermostat did not work. The wall had been cut out for repair and needs to be patched and painted. We feel that the price was high for what we got, but it seems that the nicer hotels in the area are all overpriced.

I love the way the lady at the desk greeted and treated me on my stay she definitely made me feel comfortable and welcome.
I didn't like the way the manager talked she was definitely rude and disrespectful and do to her rudeness and will not be staying there ever again in the near future as long as she is running the hotel I feel the hotel will definitely lose alot of business and customers because of her attitude I feel that she is not a people person and that she definitely should not be the one handling certain situations do to her unprofessionalism .But other than that its was good other than those pillows on the bed I feel they need to be upgraded they don't have any support the are very flat

Location was great. Beds were comfortable
Bathroom wasn’t very clean and hall had strong odor of dirty diapers.
