Clean and well maintained, easy on/off freeway, wonderful staff.
The room (416) was very loud due to its proximity to the freeway and an on-ramp - really loud. Luckily I can sleep to traffic as white noise. I think the hotel should invest in better windows and insulation bc at times it sounded like a truck or two were about to be roommates.

Breakfast cost 15 if your not a gold or silver member, this was very disappointing and offensive
They charged us $10 a day for parking and we had no idea about this charge. Breakfast was for only the elite or gold and silver members

The room was spacious, staff was friendly, location was great. Can’t complain about warm cookies on arrival.
My only issue is the elevator was a bit slow but nothing major

I’ve always like the quality of Hilton’s property’s
The loudness of the freeway in the room, I’ve stayed at the ones in Downtown areas and have never heard a peep, the windows need to be more insulated. Way too noisy and I’ve been at a lot of other near freeway hotels with no noise, I even wear earplugs! And never got our cookie or was offered one! 😥
