Location when you call, you can get the front desk from a out side line. And Heather was helpfully and very pleasant

Very clean, very tidy, very well-kept

Parking lot felt safe, very well-kept and clean
Indoor pool and pool area seemed very clean, it was warm
Fresh fruit available at breakfast
Breakfast was a bit lacking
Nothing to add to oatmeal (almonds, nuts, etc) as usual
No wide variety of breads
Despite a specific request in advance for an alternative for hot breakfast options for our group, the only item besides eggs was pork

Very clean, staff was wonderful!
The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the TV had problems immediately and you can't turn up the volume enough to hear it. Walls are very thin, can hear kids screaming in the hotel and outside car noise is terrible. Not a good night's sleep whatsoever. Not many good choices for a carnivore way of eating at breakfast.
