The location was good. There was construction at the hotel. Some inconveniences such as inconsistent elevator performance and bagged breakfast were dealt with.
The phone number provided to us to call the front desk was never answered. On the Saturday we were at hotel the alarm sounded. We did not know if this was an accidental alarm or if indeed there was an emergency such as a fire. I called the front desk and there was no answer. Continue on the lack of the phone being answered, we tried to call the hotel after we left to ask if the room could be checked for some clothing that might have been hanging in the closet. Very irritatingly we never had the phone number we used answered. Nor was there any way to contact the hotel through a voicemail or Internet message. The lack of someone answering the phone really degraded our impression of this hotel.
