Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean, everything worked. Appreciated the floor not being carpeted. Entire property was clean and tidy. Within walking distance of restaurants, close to shopping.
Would like to see electric vehicle chargers that can be used only for hotel residents

Location to several venues!
Cleaning staff came around at the worst times only two of the three days we were there and did not return to clean, take trash, or supply new towels.

Easy access from the freeway, central Chattanooga. Breakfast was very good.
I booked this hotel because of the high ratings it was given for cleanliness. Respectfully disagree. My bathtub/shower had orange mold growing in the caulk and the inner shower curtain was falling off. A/C on 3rd floor hallway and in elevators not working. Woman at the front desk was very nice, but overwhelmed, took me 25 minutes of standing around to get checked in. I’m squeamish about hotels to begin with, but when I saw the floor also was not clean (will post photos if possible), I decided just to sleep in my car. Disappointed. Usually the chain has high standards.
