Location and the view.
The Internet in my room wasn’t working and my phone reception didn’t work until I reset my phone.

We had lakeside view. It was perfectly quiet in our room and floor. Watched a beautiful sun set over the lake. Staff was very accommodating. LOTS of choices for breakfast

Views, facilities, comfort and location were great.
The EV charger had a double plug and not wired correctly, so every time someone else plugged into the second one it flipped a breaker and kicked us off. No major EV charging stations within 20 miles.
