The breakfast offered was carb heavy. I decided on the yogurt instead of breads, cereals, and muffins (which looked delicious!)
I arrived after dark and had to walk on ice covered concrete to get to the motel door. I understand that snow and ice are common in northern areas, but I was totally unprepared to walk on an icy/slick sidewalk. If someone had scraped off just the edge of the sidewalk, I would have felt much safer. Still, I made it inside that night and then back to my car the next morning without slipping.

We didn't eat the breakfast. The location was good
There was no hot water because of a breakdown. Because of this, I would appreciate a partial refund.
