Staff members at restorant was kind friendly and helpful. Specially Mr. Mevlut and Mrs. Natalie were excellent . The host was cheerfull and they all provided an excellent service , we did not bother to go to an other restaurant with their service
Beach bar could serve some hot beverages too like espresso.

Top floor with ocean view. Pool and hot tub were very nice and clean.
The AC in the room was very loud and one day we did not have our room cleaned and had to request twice that evening before someone came to the room.

Paying that much to stay at night parking should not be extra..

Spouse had great spa experiences; very helpful staff & excursions kiosk. Great balcony view. Water bottles and flavored water choices were a plus.
Noisy air conditioner. Hotel next to public beach with middle-of-night loud voices. Wash cloths not refreshed. Swimming pool WAY TOO SMALL for luxury hotel. Broken elevator for 1/2 of stay.
