Definitely was value for cost. The bed was comfortable and the room was large.
There was a bit of a musty smell. There were two pump bottles for conditioner, therefore the shampoo pump bottle was missing.

The price and cleanliness of the hotel was great. Decent parking lot. The rooms were very spacious and exceeded our expectations. We would stay here again.
When you know the hotel is completely booked and there is a karate competition in the convention center - it would be better to have more staff on hand to help with breakfast. By the time we got through the line there was not any food left. They only had one person working - but they were not able to keep up with the demand.

Loved the convenience of being attached to the civic center. Also, loved the parking garage connection.
Breakfast was not very good sadly. Everything was very plain and bland and even the pastries were a disappointment. The coffee also tasted like it was old and had been reheated.

It was a convenient location for the activities we had planned in Lima, Ohio.
The hotel did not lock their doors in the evening the main door. They let a large group of people have a party in the lobby of the hotel and they partied till 5:36 AM in the morning. Our room was located above the lobby, we were in a junior suite the side of our room actually overlooked the lobby and we did not get a good night sleep in fact we did not sleep at all Friday night. I thought at first this was going on outside, but then I realized that it was actually in the lobby. I called and the person at the front desk said that there were people there that we're going to a funeral the next day and apparently this must've been the wake. This hotel does not have the ability to let something like this go on. After I called, she said that she would let tell them to quiet down. It continued for another hour not as loud, but let me tell you this it was the most annoying hotel experience that I have ever had. I've been staying at hotels for many many years, both internationally and here within the United States. I was appalled that this was permitted and I felt like it was so disrespectful.
