The staff was excellent and accommodating. No elevator so be warned but cozy and quiet plus close to Bourbon & Royal. The room was minimal but perfect for any short stay. Would stay here again!

There was a bit of confusion the night I tried to check in at Inn on Ursulines. It turns out that there are multiple properties that are owned together. Consider calling beforehand to see where your reservation actually is.
Once I was at Inn on St. Peter, everything was excellent. Claude checked me in and was funny and charming. The room was spotless, the location was excellent and I even was quickly taken care of at nearly midnight after I mistakenly left both my key cards in my room.
I'll 100% be staying at one of these locations again, hopefully at Inn on St. Peter.

Had to switch to different rooms as one room had a cockroach and staff was really unwilling to help or do anything. Another room had the bathroom and lights not working. Final room we got was so dusty and not cleaned well. When it rained hard, the water got inside the room and got flooded. Had to be in fear of pests and flooding. I do not recommend staying here.
