I’ve stayed at this facility many times throughout my lifetime and one thing I really like and appreciate about it is the price per room and how it pretty much is the same all the time. Cheap!
The washer and dryer were out of order as well as the ice machine. There were people hanging out in the laundry/vending machine room like it was the go to kick it spot, when I walked in to go to the vending machine they made me feel like I had just barged into their motel room uninvited. It was extremely awkward and uncomfortable.

The room was clean
there was no microwave or refrigerator, there is barely any rooms that have a microwave and refrigerator so that sucks

The location was perfect. There were lots of restaurants, a couple gas stations and a grocery store. Hence the decision to book a room. However the place was a nightmare.
This place could have been amazing, however the area was crawling with people loitering and looking for drugs. Ya couldn't even step outside without being swarmed with people asking for money or cigarettes or just plain freaking out on you. There was even a scene with a sheriff and the fire department with paramedics due to drug overdose.
The drain for the bathtub was broken so it was a shower only. The floors were sticky and maintenance was needed all over the room. Huge gaps around the door let in all the noises and a draft. All of this overshadowed the fact that the location was perfect. They even tried to give me a lesser room without the accommodations I originally requested.
