That the staff were in a good mood 24/7. I had an issue with my reservation and the guy at the counter did everything in his power to fix it. Rather than a sorry can’t help you. I am so grateful.

The property is always cool. I can always be discreet, but I have to worry about people in my business. Love it.
There’s nothing I don’t like they accommodate me. They always let me check in on time even a little bit before.

Now I did extend my stay because I needed a later check out. The gentleman who helped me was professional and courteous. You should have him train the staff on how to treat customers and run a business.
Checking in the worker was rude and allowed for someone behind me to invade my personal space. I had asked the person behind me to step away from my personal space and they said no. The lady at the counter was saying it is okay. It is not okay for a stranger to be riding my back that close for me to feel their breath. Mind you it was me and the person behind me in line.
My towels all had hair and stains on them when I checked in. I asked for new towels and it was the same issue.
