Boy was I surprised when I walked into my room. It was enormous, and lovely! The main room (I measured it) was 16' square, and there was also an entryway with a bathroom and dressing area, and big closet, all spotless. For the price I paid - under $75/night inclusive of taxes, etc - what a happy surprise! A king bed, good furniture, great kitchenette area. The breakfast room is big, too, for the price - tables to sit at, a waffle machine, good coffee.
One aspect I didn't expect was that there are people living there. It's understandable, because the motel is huge and probably wouldn't make it financially if not. But some of the residents were sort of hard-bitten types, which made me uncomfortable until I got used to it. No one was any harm, though.

Rooms are always nice and clean and always impressive. Large rooms with amenities.
Not much. Hot tub water was not heated, so not really a hot tub. But NBD

I didn't stay for breakfast so I can't comment on it. The room was spacious with everything I needed for a one night stay. The bed was super comfortable.
That room was next to a patio where people went to smoke so a little noisy.
