Douglas Inn is my go to place when I stay in Cleveland TN. You cannot beat the value. Staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and welcoming, it is in an excellent location and very affordable.

Very pleased with our stay. Beds were firm but comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Newly renovated and modern . Location was close to where we needed. Staff was very nice
About only thing I would change is the blankets. It was kind of stiff and short

The manager, Priti, goes above and beyond to help guests. I left my jacket at the hotel and she could not have been more helpful in shipping it to my home. She and other staff were also accommodating, gracious and helpful during my stay there. You cannot beat the value of this hotel. The rooms and hotel are clean, provide everything you need for a pleasant stay (breakfast is included) and the location is great (near I-75, Cleveland State Community College, restaurants, etc.). I highly recommend.

The breakfast was coffee, cereal, bagels, pancakes or waffles and biscuits/gravy- juice. It was fine
There was no hot water in the shower. Hot water ran in the sink- but not in the shower.
