Loved everything about the property, its location, it’s exceptional cleanliness and staff. Marina at the front desk was amazing.
There was an issue with the hot tub so it wasn’t hot but that’s it and the online menu for the Chanpions restaurant did not match the menu within the restaurant. The Bistro had really good burgers and fries. I highly recommend it.

Friendly and helpful staff members, delicious restaurant, convenient stores in the hotel, pool was refreshing and the Jacuzzi was comfortable and relaxing, everything was so clean and my room was very welcoming, cozy and sparkly clean.
The fact that I have already rated this once and now I feel like I'm being harassed by booking.com, I loved my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton but these emails that continue to beg me to rate my stay when it's already been completed once is getting absolutely ridiculous.... I am not rating this again! This is becoming a harassment charge very quickly....

The only reason I stayed there was they were supposed to have airport shuttle service every 1/2 an hour. When I got there 10pm I was informed that they no longer provide this.
