Was clean, comfortable, and had a great location. The water park was down for maintenance which was a bummer. The staff was friendly.

The morning counter person was great, super friendly. This young gentleman redeemed the staff for the stay even though I only spoke with him for a few minutes.
The staff at check in, both counter people seemed bothered that I was there checking in. The male counter person was wearing flip flops which appears unprofessional. Evening staff was not friendly or inviting at all. I normally stay here 3 to 4 times a year, first bad experience.
