The room was sparsely furnished, which was fine, because I only needed one chair. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and everything worked, except the WiFi was intermittent. Sarah at the front desk patiently helped my connect my iPad, which took her several attempts. Still couldn't connect the next day, so I set up my phone as a hub. No worries, I wasn't in town for the connectivity.

When I settled in I realized the flooring was awful as I could hear every step, creek and crackle! While I understand the hotel can’t control the movements of the person who was walking back and forth, opening doors and slamming them closed and continuously dropping something that created a large crashing sound, I did bring to the front desk attention to please contact the person to stop. After looking into it, I realized a construction company was staying and their employees were spread out amongst rooms and partying it up. The front desk assured me she would talk to the company but this never happened when I asked the following morning. I was scheduled to stay another night and requested my 2nd night stay be reimbursed, even with the no refunds policy after a certain date. I was reimbursed and was able to find another hotel much quieter but was out the rest and struggled at work the entire day due to lack of sleep the entire 1st night.
