Our room was simple but it was clean and had everything we needed for our quick visit to Cal Poly with our daughter. The location is great and the staff was friendly. The coffee in the lobby in the morning was great.
The room and bathroom were small, but it was fine. For our purposes, it was what I expected--I have no complaints.

Great staff, ideally located for easy access to downtown, freeways and markets across the freeway off Madonna Road.
It's occasionally a little noisy, but it's heads and shoulders better than any other motel in town.

The location was close to the freeway and downtown SLO.
The linens on one bed and rug were not clean. The lights outside bathroom and front window were very bright. The site advertised it had an EV charger on bookings.com, but they took it out.

Location
Thin floors. Could hear upstairs occupant thump on floor. Hard to sleep. My wife tried to use coffee machine and was grossed out. Went to buy coffee around corner.
