The air-conditioning heating unit was very loud and would start with this kind of whistling noise that you could not sleep through. But it was cold enough that you had to have it running . during the night three alarms went off.. towels were very thin and scratchy, bed as hard with thin covers. Gap beneath the door and hooks on the back of the door. No coffee. It was clean.
