I really like this place! The area is convenient. To the left there’s a Starbucks and McDonald’s about a 7–10 minute walk away, which is super helpful.
It’s a small, family-owned motel and you can tell they take good care of it. The owners (a husband and wife) are very nice and welcoming.
Late Check-out is at 11:30, which gives you a little extra time, and the deposit is only $50, which is reasonable. No extra fee if you bring pets.
One of my favorite parts is the park nearby to the right side and it’s just about a 3-minute walk from the motel! It’s a regular park (not a dog park), but if it’s not crowded, it’s a nice spot to bring your dogs and let them run around.
There’s other Motel 6 that’s a little cheaper, but I think this one is priced a bit higher because of the area, around $100-something a night while others can go for about $70.

Very clean

The location is good, easy parking
The room was not clean, hairs on floor of bathroom, stains on bed sheets. Very old furniture.
