Located next to the interstate and surrounded by restaurants was very convenient. The staff was friendly and assisted with questions about the nearby businesses. The AC/heat worked. Clean room. Standard breakfast.
Bed wasn't my type of comfort. Too springy.

I have a service animal so of course I get a pet room but the one I get put in quite often is room 117 which is right next to their utilities rooms like their water heaters and all that you can hear like a flooding of my guess a boiler constantly but besides that everything's great

I liked it was close to I-90 and also a short drive to Geneva on the Lake. The 2 people working at check in were extremely friendly.
The photos are outdated. The rooms are very much more worn and used than shown. The room key on one room only worked on the interior door. It was stated the exterior door broke that day. The breakfast offered was not the best choices. I could have done better at the Flying J across the street. There wasn’t even coffee creamer, just a pitcher of milk to be shared with the cereal offered. Only 1 of my rooms had a bathtub, although both showed they did when booking.
