Staff was quick to fix issues
Office was closed, no one available for late check in or early check out, breakfast advertised but not offered, called the phone number taped to the door for help and no one answered or returned my call

The remodel was nicely done. Our T. V. actually worked this time. It was so peaceful, quiet, and safe.
No Kleenex, no bath mat, lamp plug ins come out, no grab bars in the shower.

Staff was EXCELLENT. It was under construction so we get it. Bed comfortable and room spacious. Could have been a little cleaner like swept. Bath was clogged with hair. But we would stay again for price and location

It felt dirty and rundown, hallways smelled and looked really stained/dirty. Rooms smelled and looked clean though
