The location
Front desk staff wasn’t very helpful and my room wasn’t ready and didn’t have a room for me as requested, had other rooms but upstairs and no elevator and the only one downstairs was an accessible room and got charged more, they didn’t want honor the same rate as the one I had booked. I needed a place to stay so I had to pay extra, not happy at all

The location it was close to everything and convenient. The room was huge and the bathroom was clean..
They I had to stand outside for 2 hours trying to check into my room.. They were trying to charge me for my room and I went back n forth. With the property and the booking.
