Wonderful staff, beautiful view from the balcony, back patio near the hot tub was so lovely. Breakfast was great & had a good variety.
I didn’t realize that on the upper floors, the doors go directly outside. No hotel hallway. This was not clear before I booked. I never felt unsafe. It was just not what I expected. The rooms were fine. For how lovely the lobby & outside patio was, the rooms felt like they didn’t match.

Breakfast was great, customer service was great, missed modern upgrade for phone jacks.
Shower was for handicap, was hard to keep water in shower area.

Location. Breakfast was really good. Great view.
TV Choices. No HBO not an option to buy newer movies. Give streaming options. Netflix (use our own accounts) Prime, Apple TV.
I was charged $5.10 for a $2.50 water in vending machine. Three times.

It was ok
Ran out of bacon in the warmer, and didn't get filled in a timely manner, should have biscuits and gravy as an option. The bathroom doesn't have a fan so gets extremely foggy when showering.
