The staff was very friendly and the room was very large and accommodating. It's very close to the airport and I used the free shuttle bus 3x. I never waited more than 10 min for them to pick me up. The hotel does look a little outdated but the renovations make it feel clean and not run down. The breakfast was okay for being included with my price. The price for the hotel was decent but I did get a discount so it was more worth it. While I enjoyed my stay, I did stay at a cheaper hotel on the way back over this one and would rate them equally aside from the fact I needed the shuttle bus on my first night's stay.
No complaints other than it was a bit expensive for a one night.

Dinner was very good. Ate in the bar area and the staff was friendly. Also appreciated the timely transport the following morning to the airport.

Clean, comfortable.
The breakfast. Eggs had onions and other things. Usually they are just plain eggs. No hot cereal. Needs to be better. My wife is vegan, there was really not much of a choice.

It looks decent on the outside and entry. The staff was very friendly.
There’s a lot of upkeep that needs being done. We upgraded and to a hot tub suite. Carpets had noticeable stains. The decor was in sad condition. Dirty stove. Curtains dirty and messy. Bathroom shower had baseboards peeling off. Chadwick restaurant needs better food. That Greek chicken dish was so substandard.
