We would definitely stay here again. It was close to many restaurants, gas stations, and shopping. Room was spacious and updated. Bathroom shower and toilet worked well. Air worked well.
Noise. Our 2nd night someone walked the floors above us, and we heard EVERY movement. We didn't sleep well because of it. We also heard the road noise a little, but with the air going and bathroom fan noise, it wasn't a big issue.

room was clean, nice big bathroom
breakfast offering was pathetic. no hot food, fruit, or yogurt, just cereal and bread. parking was really tight in our (to be fair, on the larger side) pickup truck.
