We are so thankful to the management and staff who were able to work with us when we needed to change our reservation at the last minute due to a minor medical emergency. They were flexible, helpful and kind. The room was spacious and spotless. We loved having a little kitchenette with a real fridge and stove. Location very central. Plenty of parking. We felt safe and cared for.
The heater was very noisy. We could have used an extra blanket on the bed because we had to turn it off to sleep. They could use a few more utensils in the kitchenette.

Very clean, desk person was very helpful with trying to locate the faculty when it was dark and rainy.

Pro: The room was large, and has been updated
Con: yes the room was updated but it had no life, and what I mean by that is no pictures at all no decorations at all just white walls.. The bed is a futon and the bolts were falling off not very comfortable.
I did feel really safe there.
