Excellent staff in all areas that I encountered. We were able to ask for and receive a late checkout to allow my two grandsons more pool time.
The pool area was tidy, however while swimming I came across two different hair patches floating in the pool. I think the filter needed to be attended to to keep the hair filtered out. It was first thing in the morning, and we were the first ones using the pool for the day, so the hair had not been filtered out overnight.

The location and general aspects of the facility were adequate. The staff was friendly and professional.
The bed was the most uncomfortable that we have experienced. We would be very hesitant to return to this facility.
