We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, hallways, elevator and common spaces. The cleaning staff was friendly and professional. I appreciated getting clean towels and the bathroom wiped down daily.

Property for first night is very clean, room is clean. Love the pillows on the bed. The full length lighted mirror is a nice touch as is the mirror in the bathroom. I also appreciate the box of tissues in the bathroom! Bedside lamp is not working on one side, will bring to managements attention. Walls are a bit thin, so noise from neighbors (especialy their doors) rattles your space. Otherwise very good thus far!

I chose Super 8 initially because of their tie with Whyndam, but we were disappointed with the lack of staff to maintain cleanliness. Front desk staff were fine, but a hotel requires upkeep. Example: towels in hallway from check in time to next day, laundry room not horrible but definitely an after thought, water in tub wouldn’t turn off at all ever!, room phone wouldn’t call to front desk and obvious old dirt in the corners, oh and big stain on lamp shade,m. We planned to swim, but I wasn’t comfortable getting into the water if the cleanliness of the hotel was any indication of the pool maintenance. Continental breakfast was just okay. We went to McDonalds anyways. Lesson learned for me—pay the extra $30 dollars and get a nicer hotel next time!
