The staff were amazing, the food was decent, would be better with more fresh fruit options available.
The beds were pretty hard, not a lot of give. Uncle stated his wasnt real comfortable either. Comfortable beds are important when paing a premier price. Which I felt we were.

Room size and furnishings were excellent. Location next to greenbelt is especially nice for walking the dog.
I found out on the morning after my first night that room service was every other day - including restocking coffee packs. Too bad I wasn't told at check-in. Also not fond of the upcharge for decent internet bandwidth and charge for outside, surface parking. Given these negatives and the price I paid, I will look for a different hotel next time. Not a good value.
