Nice staff, good clean hotel in a very nice location. We felt safe at the property.
Hotel had no hot water due to a storm and service couldn’t be restored before we had to leave, so there was no hot water for showering that morning. That’s an essential service and a partial refund should have been offered but since our reservation was booked through Booking.com rather than through the Marriott app, all we received were a few thousand points to our Marriott account.

I loved the young lady who checked us in. She was super helpful!!
The only complaint was the pool didn’t smell clean. But they took care of it and it was much better after they realized it was the water not the pool area.
