Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and well appointed. We had an issue with our refrigerator which they attended to immediately.

I don’t think the staff at the front desk knew what she was doing. My check in experience was terrible. I’ve never had an issue with checking in. I’ve been traveling for nearly 20 years where the host pays for the room and I just pay the incidentals with my personal card. She made it seem that because we used two different cards it caused an issue. I spent 20 mins or more trying to figure that out and trying to use different cards because the reader wouldn’t accept any of my cards. Insane

Convenience
Beds are too high especially for disabled and beds are hard compared to the courtyards I have stayed in Cleveland, Ohio and Pigeon Forge Tennessee those beds were so comfy
