I was here for a funeral and to visit my nephew that's in the hospital for a transplant surgery. And the staff was so amazing, I'm 99 years old and they really went all out for me. I felt at home and safe . I'm from Buffalo, NY I'll definitely stay again on my next visit and recommend to all of my friends.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like. This was one of the best hotels in the world my opinion.

Clean. Easy to get to. Quite service was great. Employee's went up and above to see we had everything. Bistro was great.

Did not use the facility for breakfast.
The hotel itself is very worn and needs to either be upgraded, or built from the ground up again.
