one of the elevators was not working and they only have handicap rooms on 3rd floor and 4th floor, not real safe for people who are unable to use stairs

Very clean facility. The staff was Friendly helpful. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great.

It was conveniently located where we needed to be for the gymnastics competition

We had a major snow storm and this property sits below a steep hill that was never plowed or salted and neither was the parking lot. Our beds In our room had long red hair strands all over the bed, which I can probably guess was from the housekeeper that we saw the morning of checkout. Her hair is everywhere and probably should be tied back before cleaning rooms. Also the pool wasn’t open which was the whole reason for us staying there. That should have been disclosed in the property description. Very deceiving.
