The MOD, Jacob, was so amazing and helpful and compassionate..he made our stay more than just a hotel overnight- he came up with a great solution for our family. Our room was immaculate and comfortable and we all were able to relax and rest after a very stressful trip. Breakfast was also great. Thank you!!

Everything was clean
The room was very dark. I’ve never been to a hotel that dark ever before and as a traveller I’ve been to many hotels. In the picture it didn’t seems to be dark. I choose this hotel over others only because this one had more windows. The room was in the first floor and outside of the room there was fence. This is unacceptable with the amount was paid for this room. Also, in booking.com it says free parking but hotel said they never had free parking and I was charged for every night. I purposely filtered by parking to ensure the hotel has free parking available. I shared pictures.
