The location is next to the airport, which was good for our purposes. Even so, the noise control is good -- only on occasion was the airplane noise objectionable. The check-in staff was able to get me a room prior to official 'check-in' time. The bill was accurate. The room was clean, comfortable, and had working amenities. Wifi is good.
The breakfast was good, but took a long while and part of the order was missing and had to be redone. Also, I chose a reservation that included breakfast, verified this at checkout, but this information did not get to the restaurant. As a result, I had to go back to check-in and get this fixed.

JD, Devin, Tina were OUTSTANDING. Tina shuttled us to airport safely, warmly, no stress, GREAT DRIVER. Devin made the BEST QUESADILLA EVER. JD was so kind and sweet registering me quickly and gave me a courtesy gift of water. I was thirsty. I will stay here again.
I would have liked a hot soup and a big garden salad but when I arrived, only meatballs and quesadillas were available. Bummer. I had no car to drive for food and was craving veggies.

It was all nice nothing to brag about it was the “didn’t like”that was a bummer.
The shuttle bus took super long to pick up at the airport (over 30 minutes when quoted 10. I saw other same shuttles come and go repeatedly. Once the shuttle arrives the driver was totally un friendly and barely said a word and the A/C was broken. And sure these things happen. And it could have been excused easily with some conversation and a simple explanation. “Please pardon the inconvenience ladies, we are experiencing some technical difficulties today” would have gone a long ways.. But we got nothing. Except the feeling we were a bother. Then to top it off NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER!!! When I booked I saw that a woman had complained about 3 to 5 months prior that there was no hot water in the shower and she was really upset because she had called ahead to make sure because she had seen a review prior about no hot water, but she assumed it would’ve been taken care of by then but she did her due diligence and called ahead and they said it was fine. She wakes up in the morning no hot shower. Well I trusted that this was probably just a glitch and I went ahead and booked and sure enough I wake up and I had had to cut my short because I had a really bad head cold and I needed a hot shower desperately to clear my head from the sinus congestion to get on the plane yet NO HOT WATER. So I could not shower at all before I got on a plane from Texas to Honolulu.. this was horrible! I had to take a sponge bath. So they definitely have a major issue. I told them at checkout and they did absolutely nothing for me… I even called to address the situation with them and they emailed me later with 3000 Marriott Bonvoy points again this did nothing to make me feel better whatsoever. If this was something that I just happened once I could’ve easily forgotten it but the fact that this is an ongoing situation and they’ve done nothing about it speaks volumes don’t stay here!
